Application for 2010 Intensive at Camp Caravan
The application form for the 2010 Intensive is an integral part of the course. In addition to asking for basic contact information, references and so on, it asks participants to reflect on why they wish to come and what they expect to gain from coming. While allowing for the unknown and the unexpected, clarity of intent can go a long way toward having a successful experience on the course.

Use this link to download the pdf application form. Fill out the form and attach it to an email using the button in the upper left hand corner of your screen as shown below. Return the form to registrar@campcaravan.org.
Suggestions:
Some of the questions on the form may require extended thought and reflection over time. It may be more convenient to formulate your answers using a word processor, and then simply copy and paste the answers into the appropriate spaces when you are finished. The text boxes on the form will show a scroll bar if your answer is longer than the space shown on the screen.
Printing the form and applying by mail:
You can print the form and return the application by mail to the address shown at the top of the first page. If an answer to any question is longer than the visible portion of a text box, please copy and paste the entire response, along with the question, to a word processor, print it out and attach it to the three page pdf printout.
