The application form is what's called an 'enabled' pdf file. This means that, unlike earlier versions of pdf files, the form can be saved the data that you have entered. However, you will need the latest version of Adobe Reader to do this.
Once you have completed the application form, please return it to the registrar. (registrar@campcaravan.org)
Suggestions:
Compose using word processor - Some applicants have initially had difficulties saving the pdf form with their data. Usually installing the latest version of Adobe Reader resolves these problems, but in the meantime lengthy and thoughtful responses to some of the questions have been lost. Therefore we advise applicants to compose and save their responses to questions using their normal word processor. These responses can then be copied and pasted to the appropriate sections of the pdf application form.
Browsers - Internet Explorer 8 appears to save the pdf with data as expected. Firefox and some other browsers aren't as consistent. One work-around is to use the "attach to email" icon in the upper left corner of the pdf tool bar. Typically this attaches the current pdf document with data to an email. This email can then be sent to the Registrar (with a CC to yourself) or simply saved as a draft. The attached pdf form will include your data.
